One of our newer floor plan designs, the Sussex C has four bedrooms and a two-car garage as part of its standard layout. The first floor has a large family room as well as a separate living room, a kitchen with breakfast area and a powder room. The laundry room/mud room is also located on the first floor. The second room has a spacious master bedroom which includes a master bath with a shower and soaking tub and a walk-in closet. There are three substantially sized other bedrooms on the second floor as well as an additional full bathroom and linen closet.
